Hand Raindrop Touch Healing with Essential Oils w/ Felicia 8/13 at 5pm

What You Will Be Doing:

Felicia will work with a map of the body parts and organs on the hands to teach you how to stimulate areas through pressure and release movement. With carrier oil and essential oil of choice, you will apply slight pressure to meridians in the hand to bring about increased blood flow and relaxation. Participants will learn how to care for internal parts correlating to nerve endings on hands to bring about self-healing and stimulation.

Where

Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens, 1550 Anacostia Ave Northeast, Washington, DC 20019. Participants will meet at the picnic tables.

Getting There

Visitors should enter the park on Douglas St and Anacostia Ave at the green ranger tent. Street parking only available while park maintenence is being done. By Metro, the park entrance is 1.0 mile from the Deanwood Metro Station and 1.3 miles from the Minnesota Ave Station, both on the Orange Line. By foot or bike, access the park via the Anacostia River Trail.

What to Bring

Participants should bring a water bottle, snack, bug spray, sun protection, and/or anything else one may carry when spending time outdoors. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes for being outdoors.
