Dreams Made Reels: A Film Premiere Experience

Alternative Stage/Haunted Pamlico will offer THREE premieres of locally made films at 8:30 p.m. Saturday, May 3, during the Eastern North Carolina Performing Arts Festival.

First on the bill is Roman Leary's haunting short, "Pretty Polly," followed by a Q&A with cast and crew at the historic Turnage Theater.

Next, we'll unveil two student films we made in cooperation with the Beaufort Performing Arts Collective. These ghostly shorts will go well with "Polly."

The screenings will crown a daylong celebration of the performing arts, featuring dance, acting, singing, workshops, children's theater, and more. One ticket gives the bearer access to all the day's events inside the Turnage.

Tickets are available now through Arts of the Pamlico/Beaufort County Arts Council.

The screenings aren't recommended for young children.
