~What's a DreamShop?~
A DreamShop is a workshop that's focused on clearing the way for you to experience your dreams in full color. We'll share a series of activities that will help us KNOW in our bones that we deserve what we need, and give us glimpses into a reality where what we dream of, what we envision, is crucially important. Is centered. Is treasured.
~What's MMM?~
An MMM is a workshop where we'll share Movement and a Music Jam together in a field of radical acceptance of self and each other. To jam as a mode of pure self expression, while practicing the knowledge that whatever sounds and movements we make are exactly right. And then to meditate as a way to connect with whatever is happening in our internal world-- thoughts, sensations, emotions, or whatever we find!
