Connect with other educators for a deep dive into this unique and effective teaching method.

Build resilience, inspire creativity, and improve routines for physical and mental well being for you and your students.

-Techniques and strategies for slowing down our minds and bodies

-Tools for resilience, self-esteem, confidence

-Trauma-informed SEL skill-building

-Evidence-based practices for: (1) building cultures of thinking and classroom cohesion through Project Zero thinking routines; (2) co-regulation, agency, and positive connections through

--Accessible & practical Yoga and Mindfulness practices
