SPIRIT COMMUNICATION WORKSHOP (PART 1 & 2) GROUP PRACTICE

(Part One )– Basic Introduction to Spirit Communication
Part One discusses the history and modernization of how we have adopted this art into our daily lives. We will focus on the relationship between The Limbic and Chakra systems and how they engage us with Spirits. Using practices created to bring high levels of energy into your body, we will use that energy to train the mind, body and soul to bridge the expanse between us and our loved ones in The Spirit World.
(Part Two) – Group Practice with Spirit Communication
Part Two will explore everyone’s experiences through the week with the take home practices. In the group setting we will use these practices to receive messages for each other from Spirit. Creating an awareness of ‘how to’ with Spirits empowers everyone to control the present and prepare for the future.
