TCAT Culinary Arts Showcase Dinner

TCAT students lead Morgan County Career and Technical Center culinary student in a real-world environment to prepare food and drinks at a high standard. The Career and Technical Center in Morgan County is the host of the Showcase Dinners which are held on a monthly basis. August features grilled foods. Menu: a cheese board will greet you at the table for you get started on an appetizer as guest arrive. grilled shrimp and/or chicken on skewers, grill/roasted and marinated vegetables, signature drink is a blackberry, honeysuckle infusion, grilled peach with mascarpone cheese for dessert. Dietary restrictions and uncommon food allergies are not met easily, however you may inquire if we can make accomodations. Dinner is reserved for only 20 people and is served promptly at 7:00pm. No take-away (to-go) foods. $20 per person.
