No experience is necessary, however this very popular class moves you on from the very basics and introduces new techniques and expands your knowledge of the art of dough! The breads are all delicious and are packed with flavour, and of course you will take them home at the end of the class - bring some boxes.
You’ll learn to make
1) a delicious rosemary infused focaccia free form
2) a tinned cheese and walnut pane which is delicious fresh, but made extra special a few days later when you toast it!
3) Scones - not very Italian, but delicious just the same (this one is a demo, but we will eat them in class!
