Important Note: We recommend that individuals who are pregnant, have sound-induced epilepsy, or possess a pacemaker should refrain from participating.
Terms and Conditions
I maintain a 48-hour cancellation policy for events. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable within 48 hours of the event. However, you may gift them to a friend, family member, or another individual for the event specified on the ticket. This applies to private events as well, which are transferable only to the same booked event.
Tickets canceled 48 hours or more before the event are refundable and transferable, including for private events, except for any non-refundable deposits paid.
Please contact Dione if you need a refund or wish to cancel, gift, or transfer your ticket for the event. Events will begin at the scheduled time; late arrivals will not be admitted, as this disrupts the group.
Regarding mobile phones, please respect the treatment environment by turning off or silencing your device during your session.
Walk-ins are not accepted; all sessions must be pre-booked.
