4 Weeks “Intro to Yoga” Series

Series overview:

• Goal: remove intimidation, learn foundations (breath, alignment, props), and guide students into taking regular classes with confidence.

• 4 weeks • 1 class/week • 60 minutes • beginner-only (limited to 14 students)

• When: Starting Sept. 23rd
Tuesdays 6:00-7:00PM

• Pricing: $79 early bird / $89 regular for full series

• What youll get: loaner mat, prop use, series handouts (poses + terms), simple at-home practice, and a completion card with a “New Student 2-Week Unlimited for $49
