Ale-N-Asana @ Sneaky Penguin/Mill Hill Brewery

Join us for "Ale-N-Asana" donation based Yoga in collaboration with Mobile OM Wellness! Led by C-IAYT, Yoga Therapist, Shannon Somogyi. This class is beginner friendly with plenty of options to modify and take breaks when needed. Class will be held outdoors and on the stage, so shade is available. We will move inside for bad weather. We will start class promptly at 12pm. Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, sunscreen and glasses as needed. Restrooms will be available inside and we encourage you to visit them before our class!
