Ale-N-Asana @ Timber Waters Brewing

Ale-N-Asana (Yoga at the brewery) is back at Timber Waters Brewing! Join us for this beginner friendly, donation based practice offered by Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) Shannon of Mobile OM Wellness. Class is intended to be held outside, however as the temps cool for autumn, we may move it indoors. Please bring a mat, water bottle and wear comfortable clothes you can move in. Suggested donation is $10-$20 and can be paid by cash or cash app only. Now tell your friends and put it on the calendar NOW!
