Community Health Needs Assessment Town Hall

The public is invited to participate in our Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) Town Hall on Tuesday, May 6 from 4 - 6:30 p.m. at the MKi Pavilion, located at 107 Ming St. in Warrensburg.

The goal of our CHNA survey is to develop strategies to systematically identify and address our community's specific health needs and challenges. Join us as we present the results of our 2025 CHNA survey and share your thoughts and concerns regarding current and future health needs within our community. A panel of local health and community experts will be present for this discussion.

This event is free and open to the public. A complimentary taco bar will be available for CHNA Town Hall attendees! 🌮
