From Fleece to Fiber: Continuous Weaving on the Triangle Loom

In this 4-hour class, we’ll dive into Continuous Strand Weaving—a technique where warping and weaving happen at the same time. It’s simple, clever, and incredibly satisfying.

You’ll learn how to change colors mid-weave to create plaid-style patterns, and walk away with a finished piece to take home.
Students must bring their own yarn (acrylic recommended).

Choose at least two colors so you can learn the color-changing technique. The loom itself is provided, and all in-class tools—beating combs, locker hook, yarn needle, and scissors—will be available to borrow.

Supplies to bring:

Triangle loom (if you have one, otherwise one will be provided for shared use)

Several skeins of acrylic yarn in two or more colors

An adventurous spirit and some patience—it’s weaving, not speed dating
