Warners Bay AFC - Indigenous Round

Join the Warners Bay Australian Football Club this Saturday as we celebrate Indigenous Round - honouring the extraordinary contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander players, cultures, and communities to Australian football.

Following on from the celebrations of NAIDOC Week (6th - 13th July), we as a club would like to acknowledge 50 incredible years of NAIDOC - honoring and elevating Indigenous voices, culture, and resilience.

The 2025 theme, "The Next Generation: Strength, Vision & Legacy," celebrates not only the achievements of the past but the bright future ahead, empowered by the strength of our young leaders, the vision of our communities, and the legacy of our ancestors.

Please join us from 10am as we take on rivals Cardiff Football Club in all 3 grades;

9.50am - Opening Ceremony
10am - Men's Plate
12.10pm - Women's Cup
2.15pm Smoking Ceremony and Welcome to Country; Randall Briggs
2.30pm Men's Cup
