For over 100 years, the Firefighter Championships have been a proud tradition, showcasing the incredible skills and expertise that modern firefighters use every day – from attacking a blaze to responding to major emergencies. This event helps to develop, maintain, and enhance the operational skills of firefighters, and promote a professional image of Fire & Rescue NSW to the community.
Witness incredible feats of strength, precision, and speed as our dedicated firefighters showcase the skills they hone to keep our communities safe. It's a fantastic opportunity to see our heroes in action, support your local crews, and enjoy a great day out for the whole family.
On Saturday, June 28th, we'll also have a range of other emergency services displays set up, giving you a unique chance to meet more of our frontline heroes and explore their amazing equipment!
You'll get a rare opportunity to see first-hand just how firefighters respond to emergencies, and even pick up vital fire safety tips to help you prepare and prevent fires and emergencies before they happen!
