"The Path of Yoga"

This course is specifically for yoga students who are ready to dive deeper into the amazing yogic path for your own development, not to become a yoga teacher.
This course totals 100 hours over 5 weekends:
July 12 & 13
August 9 & 10
August 30 & 31
Sept 13 & 14
Oct 11 & 12
The aim is to enhance your knowledge and practice in these aspects of yoga:
* Asana: Provide individualized advice to refine your asana technique and alignment and modifications to suit your needs
* Pranayama: Deepen your practice of powerful yogic breathing practices
* Meditation: Learn foundational meditation techniques to strengthen your mind
* Philosophy: Explore the nuggets of wisdom from the yogic texts, including Karma theory, Dharma, Samskaras and Patanjali's Yoga Sutras
* Yogic Lifestyle: Design a home practice for yourself and learn more about living in a yogic way.

This is for everyone who says, "I've thought about your Yoga Teacher Training BUT I don't want to be a teacher".
