Step out of the winter chill and into warmth, stillness and deep rest.

Pour yourself a cosy cup of self-love and join me for a soul-soothing 90-minute Restorative Yoga session at Lakelands Community Hall, 135 Ambleside Cct, Lakelands NSW 2282.

This gentle and nourishing practice is designed to support your physical, mental and emotional well-being—perfect for all levels of experience. With the support of props, we’ll move slowly and mindfully through longer-held postures that allow the nervous system to soften, the breath to deepen, and your body to truly rest.

Spaces are limited to maintain a calm and spacious environment, so early booking is recommended.
