Cost: Dinner and Presentations: $20 per person (Please bring your own drinks)
Optional Shotgun Shoot: ~$28 per round ($15 for shells, $13 for clays)

Shotgun Shoot Details: 5-stand shoot at the top of the range. If you wish to participate, please ensure you have enclosed shoes, hearing protection, and a firearms license. Alcohol consumption is not permitted before or during the shoot. Shotguns are available for hire at $5.00 each, and many members bring their own guns to lend. Payment for the shotgun shoot is at the venue.
Dinner: We will provide food and Stuart will be bringing some kegs from Noble Barons Home Brew Supply. But please bring your own drinks as well. Disposable plates and utensils will be available, You can also bring your own if you wish.
Raffles: $1000 gift card up for grabs from TH&O, A R&N Knife plus some additional smaller prizes to be won on the night!
Camping: On site camping is available, with toilets and shower facilities provided. Don't forget to bring your swag, caravan or tent! We look forward to celebrating with you.
Presentation: For animals to be eligible for hunting awards, they must be:
● Taken free range with the Australian Deer Association (ADA) rules being met.
● Taken while being a member of the ADA Hunter Valley branch (H.V).
● Taken since previous Awards Night. Grand Slam or if they were at the taxidermist are the exception to this rule
● The entered heads must be present on the awards night
● Heads must be Douglas Scored (DS) prior to award night by an accredited scorer. The scorer may also be a H.V. branch approved scorer. No scoring will be done on the awards night. Any heads not scored need to be given to a scorer for review no later than 9/11/25 Mounted heads are permitted.
The H.V. branch Executive Committee decisions on the Awards night will be final.
