You're Kidding Me - Family Yoga

Enjoy a nourishing and energising family yoga session with our local Yogi, Marion, from Yoga for Mama. Marion will take parents and children on a journey though music and movement, bringing calm and joy to everyone. Best of all, no prior experience is needed. Parents will be able to recreate the same yoga movements at home for greater calm and connection throughout the whole family.
