Discovering Resilience – Parent & Carer Event
We’re excited to invite you to an inspiring and practical presentation with The Resilience Project and former AFL player Martin Heppell. With his trademark energy, humour, and powerful storytelling, Martin will share simple, evidence-based tools to help you and your family strengthen wellbeing every day.
You’ll gain valuable insights into the importance of prevention in mental health, and learn about the key principles of Gratitude, Empathy, and Mindfulness – strategies proven to boost happiness and resilience.
