Get ready for an epic morning of hands-on learning! Personal trainer Melonie Briony from Strong Like a Woman will teach us all about how to get stronger for hiking and for life.
This will be a slow-paced, guided, hands-on group session in the gym with a strong focus on technique, confidence-building, and practical education.
Take-home resources will be provided, including a summary of the breathwork tools and nutrition insights covered in the session.
