Starting Monday 16th of February- Swansea & Tuesday 17th February Charlestown 11am

Core Foundations is your first step to feeling strong in your body again 🤍

This 8-week postpartum program focuses on rebuilding your deep core, pelvic floor, and overall strength in a way that’s safe for prolapse and abdominal separation.

You’ll learn how to:
• Reconnect with your core the right way
• Return to exercise without fear
• Lift and move with confidence
• Progress at a rate that promotes recovery

Whether you’re 8 weeks or 8 years postpartum, you need exercise that supports your body—not challenges it before it’s ready.
