Core Fitness Ladies Open Day

LADIES OPEN DAY - MAY 17th at CORE FITNESS NEWCASTLE...

We're hosting a ladies Open Day on may 17th to celebrate women, health and community! It''s a FREE EVENT kicking off at 7AM with a fun, inclusive workou. Zoe Vincent, owner of FIKA NUTRITION will be joining us on the day and will be going through all things Nutrition and how to get the most out of our sessions when we are at the gym! Especially for those BUSY MAMMAS!!
NIXX drinks will be there servings great coffee and smoothies at your own purchase and a table of delicious snacks will be provided.
Day will be all about connecting, having fun and learning the amazing benefits of movement and good nutrition.

We will also have some AMAZING lucky door prizes to give away from some local businesses..
