Just as it sounds, the Prerelease phase occurs just before the release of a new set of Star Wars: Unlimited. This phase consists of “prerelease events,” which take place the week before the new set’s official release date. Each of these events involves a sealed tournament, and they allow players to get ahold of cards from the new set early. With booster packs awarded just for participating and even more given out for the winners of each round of the tournament, the prerelease events are a fun, relaxed way to dive into a new set and try out what the new cards have to offer!
Each player will receive one Prerelease kit, which contains 6 Booster Packs as well as enough tokens and materials for you to launch your journey into the Legends of the Force. The box comes with everything you need to participate in this tournament, and even includes exclusive promo versions of the Ahsoka Tano and General Grievous leader cards!
