Hunt for Minibeasts – Grab a sweep net and discover the tiny creatures that call the heath home. From buzzing bugs to curious creatures, who knows what you’ll find?
Meet the Rare Reptiles – Learn all about the elusive and endangered reptiles that thrive in this unique habitat. Our experts will help you learn how to spot them.
Get Creative with Nature – Try your hand at Hapa Zome (also known as leaf bashing!) and make beautiful nature prints using leaves and flowers.
Clay Creations – Bring the heath to life by sculpting your own heathland animals from clay.
What to bring/wear - recommend trousers to reduce the risk of ticks, sturdy footwear, wear hats/bring suncream and any snacks and drinks.
Toilets are available for this event.

Take A351 to Norden Round-about, take exit in the direction of Norden park and ride, take first left and continue along road until sign for Middlebere farm on the right. Continue up the farm track until you reach the barns on the right. Parking can be found through the gates behind the barn.
