About the event

NAIDOC Week Bangerang Community Day 2025
To celebrate NAIDOC week everyone is invited to a free family fun day at Northern Beaches, Wangaratta. Meet near the Scout Hall on College Street.

Immerse yourself in Bangerang culture including Welcome to Country, smoking ceremony, traditional dance and weaving.

Fun interactive activities including circus arts workshops with the Flying Fruit Fly Circus, Animals of Oz live wildlife presentation, kids art and face painting and a delicious hot lunch.

Free event, no booking required.

This event is a partnership between Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Education, Bangerang Aboriginal Corporation and Rural City of Wangaratta.
