This class invites you to slow down, move mindfully, and begin your week in a nourishing way, held in a relaxed and supportive environment. We begin and end with a short meditation, and explore each posture as a living expression of presence.
Rooted in ancient yogic teachings, this practice offers a gentle yet powerful exploration of posture, movement, energy, and awareness.

About Your Guide:
Radha is a seasoned yoga practitioner and meditation teacher (E-RYT500) with over a decade of experience sharing the ancient wisdom of Yoga as a holistic path of healing and presence. Her classes are heartfelt, spacious, and deeply rooted in both traditional teachings and embodied awareness.
