Energy Balancing Aroma Yin Yoga

Join Tash and Polly for an afternoon of deep relaxation and energy renewal 〰️

Tash will mindfully guide you through a series of yin poses designed to open and align each of your energy centres (chakras), starting at the base of the spine and moving up to the crown of the head.

Polly will intuitively pair each pose with a carefully selected essential oil to enhance the specific energy centre we’re working with.

Minimal cues will guide you, creating space for you to connect deeply with your breath and body as you move through each chakra. There will also be moments of silence, so you can absorb the full nourishment of this practice.

As a special treat, you’ll also receive an essential oil roller to take home, blended to help you continue balancing and restoring your energy long after the session.

No prior yoga or essential oil experience is necessary. All yoga props + essential oils are provided and you are welcome to bring anything of your own to help sink a little deeper into your nest.
