In this session, you’ll learn how to:

• Recognise early warning signs before situations escalate
• Respond calmly and confidently under pressure
• Maintain boundaries without inflaming tension
• Reset after difficult encounters

This workshop is suited to people who:

• Regularly deal with emotionally charged conversations
• Work in public facing or service roles
• Manage complaints or challenging behaviour
• Lead others through difficult moments

Our facilitators bring lived frontline experience and understand what it’s like when situations heat up. Our workshops are practical, engaging, and grounded in real world work.
