A Westpac Ambassador for over a decade, Sir John Kirwan (JK) has dedicated much of his life to helping New Zealanders feel more confident talking about mental health. While he’s known around the world as an All Black legend, it’s his honesty, vulnerability, and advocacy off the field that have made him one of Aotearoa’s most respected and influential voices.

About the Event
Join us for a free morning session where JK will share openly about his personal mental health journey - from navigating depression while performing at the highest level, to the tools, habits, and mindset shifts that support his wellbeing today. You’ll gain practical insights, relatable stories, and down to earth guidance you can apply in your own life, your whānau, and your community.

Event Details:
•	Doors open at 10:30am and JK begins speaking at 11:00am
•	The event is being hosted in the Concert Chamber at the Whanganui War Memorial Centre.

This is a special opportunity to hear from one of New Zealand’s most admired leaders and to reflect on what resilience truly means in our modern world.
