FREE Basketball Session - 12pm ages 17 to 25

Our FREE Basketball Sessions are open to young people aged 10 to 25 and offer a fun, engaging way to improve fitness, teamwork, and basketball skills. Whether you’re a beginner or have some experience, our qualified coaches will help you develop key techniques such as shooting, passing, and dribbling, while promoting a positive and supportive environment. Participants will also have the opportunity to take part in friendly 3v3 games, fostering teamwork and building confidence. The sessions run weekly, providing a regular space for young people to stay active, meet new people, and improve their mental well-being. No prior experience is necessary – just bring your enthusiasm and a desire to learn!
