Join us for a creative wellness workshop that invites you to pause, reflect, and respond. Inspired by the EARTH exhibit and permanent collection at the Museum of Friends, this session blends gentle mindfulness, quiet observation, and expressive studio time in a welcoming, restorative space.
We’ll begin with breathwork and intention-setting, then move through the gallery with reflective prompts that guide you to an artwork that speaks to you. In the studio, you’ll create a personal response, either through writing or visual art, exploring what the piece evokes, how it connects to your own inner landscape, and what you’re ready to hold or let go of.
This session is part of the Healing Through Art program, supported by The Prevention Project: Art and Mental Health. No art or writing experience is needed -- just bring your curiosity and openness to create.
