Kriya - Folding and unfolding of the energy

It is a very gentle moving meditation practice, it is physically challenging on the leg muscles🦵 so is very good for vitality and strength. It is a grounding kriya that works the lower triangle, stimulating the sciatic nerve, the vagus nerve and it helps to expand your magnetic field and increase your energy. It will make you feel good.

You will need a yoga mat, blanket, cushion and bottle of water.
