1.) The rules are nearly identical to ultimate frisbee but we play with a football. Think of ultimate frisbee with football mechanics. 

2.) We play for roughly two hours with a warmup and a game to points for a competitive element.

3.) All skill levels are welcome! We are coed, our player ages range from their late teens to their 50s. 

4.) Our regular players consist of an average game of 7v7 to 10v10. We randomize teams every week based on who signs up to play. 

5.) Bring Cleats! We supply colored jerseys. You can bring guests too! 

6.) Contact is minimal, but accidental contact can happen. Play at your own risk!
