Buddhist Boot Camp is not about creating a bubble where nobody pushes your buttons, it's about cultivating a mindset where you don't have any buttons that can't be pushed. After all, mindfulness doesn't make other people less irritating, it makes us less irritable.

This is a free event and everyone is welcome (no tickets necessary). All you need to bring is an open mind, heart, and maybe a friend or two.
