The focus of this healing yoga, meditation and mindfulness experience will be remembering our inner haven, or "stillpoint", which can help us face the world with a courageous, open, and compassionate heart.
Gentle and restorative yoga asanas (yoga shapes) are sprinkled throughout this unique and healing experience.
These days, it can be difficult to know how to react to all the causes of pain, whether they be the difficulties in our own life, the difficulties of our loved ones, or the ever-expanding circles of devastation and suffering in our world.
We'll also examine how we might live out this wisdom that we receive on our yoga mat to further enable our relationships to serve as a platform for practice and emancipation (setting ourselves free inside).
And as some of you have come to expect from Mellara’s style of teaching, a comprehensive and embodied yoga class will be intertwined throughout.
All are welcome and please just come as you are.
This is Mellara’s third year returning to Indigo after moving with her family from the East Bay to Massachusetts and we invite you to come join us and together we will remember our peace.
