Come join us for a free guided heart based meditation session to experience serenity, inner peace & happiness. While at it, let's enjoy the free coffee at Capital One Cafe! We will be meeting in Community Room #3 in the Cafe. Please arrive few minutes earlier to get situated. The free coffee line can be long during lunch hour.
We will begin our session promptly at 12pm. I have the room reserved from 11:45am till 1:30pm. RSVP/registration would be greatly appreciated as the room only allows up to 8 participants. Free 2 hour parking across from the cafe in the Bank of America buildling. Or you can park in Broadway Plaza (3 hours free parking) and walk to the meeting place.
