Eichler Home Tour - Rancho San Miguel - Walnut Creek, CA

Join for our 2025 Home Tour (10+ homes!) on Sept 13th from 10am-2pm to get a rejuvenating dose of mid-century architecture as well meet some passionate homeowners that embrace the opportunities and pitfalls of radiant heating and floor to ceiling windows. All are welcome, though as a member of RSMA you get a significant discount. You’ll also have a chance to meet some vendors who are experts in working with Eichler and Mid Mod homes.

Check in begins at 9:30am, at the Rancho San Miguel Swim Club - 2727 San Carlos Drive, Walnut Creek, CA, 94598. Each individual needs a ticket, under 18 years old are free. All kids must be accompanied at all times by an adult.
