Join NHSN Naturalists for a family friendly nature and insect bioblitz at Hebburn Riverside Park!

Discover and enjoy the wildlife of Hebburn Riverside Park in this fun and interactive bioblitz. Perfect for all ages and abilities, you’ll help spot and record insects, plants, and more, learning how to identify species and explore nature like a true naturalist.

Meet at the main parking area/jetty overlooking the River Tyne, at the bottom of Prince Consort Road.

Please wear suitable footwear as there are some steep inclines in the park. There are no toilets in the riverside park. The nearest are in Hebburn Central Library and Swimming Pool on Glen Street (25 minutes walk, 5 mins drive)
