Evenings at ṮEḴTEḴSEN

Sink into the peaceful bliss of a coastal sunset at ṮEḴTEḴSEN East Point. Enjoy local music, learn about Parks Canada's Southern Resident Killer Whale Recovery and Sea Gardens Restoration projects, learn SENĆOŦEN language, and hear Coast Salish stories! Meet at the end of the point. Bring a blanket or a chair and your flashlight.

This Friday, August 15, our theme is Listening to the Sea: Learning about Clam Garden Restoration with Coast Salish Knowledge Holders and the Parks Canada Sea Gardens Restoration Team. Also featuring music from Vasalisa Wall and Jimmy Dalrymple. Hear some "Rock Talk" from the Gulf Islands National Park Reserve Interpreter!
