Sip & Soul - One Evening; Once a Month; Just for You

Life has a way of piling up — businesses to run, homes to manage, families to care for, and expectations to meet. For many women, it feels like you’re carrying it all, all the time.

Sip & Soul is the pause button.

Once a month, we gather for an evening of honesty and release. This is a circle for women who are holding it together on the outside but craving a safe place to let it all out. A space to share, vent, laugh, cry, and connect with others who get it. No judgment, no pressure — just community.

Bring your favorite (zero-proof) drink and snack (We'll have tea/coffee and lite refreshments available as well!). Bring your full self. Leave a little lighter.

• Open to women balancing businesses, households, caregiving, and all of life’s moving pieces
• Monthly gathering — same space, new conversations each time
• Donation-based (Suggested contribution: $20, pay what you can)

Because sometimes, the most powerful healing starts with simply saying it out loud.
