Raising awareness and funding the fight against heart disease and stroke. Get ready to lace up your sneakers for our 1st annual 5K Walk/Run! This exciting event is a fundraiser supporting The Respect Yourself Project, dedicated to being the heartbeat and helping hand in the fight against heart disease, stroke, and HIV.
Get your heart pumping and enjoy the beautiful scenery as you make your way through the course. Don't forget to stay hydrated and cheer on your fellow participants as you cross the finish line. It's all about coming together to support each other and celebrate a healthy lifestyle.
