Power Flow Yoga with Karen

Join me every Monday at our beautiful yoga studio in Alverthorpe when we hold our
“ Power Flow Yoga “ class
Power Flow Yoga is a little more challenging to other Yoga classes as we build a little more heat in the body, moving through a faster pace than our normal Vinyasa based classes.
It’s suitable for everyone as you go at your own pace as always in my classes.
You don’t need to fetch your own mat as I have plenty to go around, along with blocks, bricks and blankets to assist your practice.

Our classes attract other teachers in the area as we usually have a challenge on Mondays, that been said it’s still suitable for beginners, (I can adapt to individual capabilities).

Our studio is a welcoming safe space, no membership fees required, but booking essential.
