Stretching Class at St. John's

(This is not a martial arts class)

Parishioner Mike Visgauss (who also happens to be highly accomplished in martial arts) is offering a low-impact stretching and lite exercise class at St. John's for anyone who is interested in getting their body moving!

Participants meet weekly on Tuesdays & Thursdays on the ground floor of the Ed. Building in the Tapestry Room from 1:30 - 2:30 PM. No equipment is needed! Just wear loose clothing and tennis shoes (bringing a yoga mat is optional).
