• Gentle movement to release tension and come into the body
• Insight into the energy of the new moon
• A deeply restorative sound bath with crystal bowls and other sound healing instruments
• Guided meditation to help you set clear, heart-aligned intentions
• Reflective journaling and optional group sharing

Each new moon offers a sacred pause — a quiet invitation to turn inward, clarify what matters, and nurture what’s ready to grow.
