With only 5 participants per session, this intimate setting offers a personalized and welcoming experience—no prior experience is needed.

• Thick yoga mat and blanket
• Eye pillow and limited supply of knee bolsters

What to Bring
Journal and water bottle recommended for this session.
Feel free to bring any extra cushions, bolsters, or blankets to support your comfort. If you have difficulty lying flat, please reach out to discuss alternate setup options.

Ages: 12 and up (minors must be accompanied by an adult)

Skill Level: No experience necessary—just come as you are.
