TRX fitness classes are suspension training workouts that uses body weight to build strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability. Classes typically involve a variety of exercises using the TRX Suspension Trainer, which leverages gravity and your body weight to challenge your muscles in unique ways.
This Intro Class will help you understand the proper use and set up for exercises. You will learn the do's and dont's as well as the correct sensations as you run through many of the the basic staple movements.
