Putiputi - Flower weaving workshop

Learn how to weave 3 different putiputi - flowers with harakeke.
I have already harvested prepared and dyed the harakeke. You will choose the colours or natural harakeke that you want to weave.
I have been teaching weaving since 2017 at KareNZ Kitz Weaving Studio and Art Gallery beside the river in Waitara Taranaki.
In between KareNZ Kitz and the river is a park/playground, walkway (30 mins to the beach) with Art installations and a carving studio next door run by Artists and teachers Rangi Bailey (rakau-wood) and Morgan Watson (pounamu - greenstone).
