Join Karen Pike for a Mini Winter Retreat, as space to Rest & Recalibrate.

Acknowledging the energetics of the full moon through honouring and allowing the affects of these energies, to be felt, witnessed and nurtured in this deeply nourishing mini retreat.

Winter is a time for hibernation, gestation, for becoming quiet. And in the quiet, in the stillness, is an integration of the previous seasons. This day, through grounding and nourishing food and practices, is an honouring and recalibration, like preparing the soil for planting new seeds, we are preparing our internal landscape for the following season of spring, re-emerging as the energetics shift once again.

Mini retreat will include:
*grounding moon flow practice
*sharing circle
*outdoor nature meditation
*wisdom talk
*nourishing grounding lunch together
*yoga nidra
*journalling session
*yin yoga

What to bring:
*journal
*water bottle
*mats and props are provided but feel free to bring an extra blanket or pillow to personalise your space
