The Heartful Mama

This workshop is one for the mamas. The seasoned mums, the new mums, the ones aspiring to be, the bereaved mums.

As a mum of two wild boys I know the importance of finding time to fill your cup up and being in community with other mums. To feel heard, seen and a reminder that you are not alone. It’s not often we can find space for ourselves between school drop offs and picks up, the million things to remember and keeping on top of the to do list.

This 2 hour workshop is thoughtfully created to nourish yourself, physically, emotionally and mentally. Throughout our time together we will experience a yoga flow, nervous system regulating practises and breath work to bring us back into our centre, finishing with journalling and mindful activities, opportunity to connect over tea and seasonal fruits
